Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young,
but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
Established in January 2026, the Northern Illinois FCA FOUR12 Initiative is rooted in 1 Timothy 4:12, empowering our young athletes to be examples in their communities. We are not aware of any other initiative like this in FCA-our young men and women are leading already in this space!
The initiative helps support the next generation bring the life changing news of Jesus Christ to their teams, schools and communities through student-led initiatives, bible resources and training, camp and education scholarships, and
MUCH more! It also provides leadership opportunities within Northern Illinois FCA through a
Student Leadership Board where student leaders are empowered to
LEAD TOGETHER
across Northern Illinois.
These young athletes are transforming the WORLD.
